称重变送器_应变式传感器的构成及常用的弹性敏感元件

       将应变计粘贴在弹性体上,可制成各种应变式传感器,测量拉力、荷重、扭短、位移和加速度等。所以,应变式传感器通常由应变计、弹性敏感元件和外壳构成。弹性元件产生应变传递给应变计.应变计再将政变转换成电阻值的变化。所以,弹性元件是传感器的基础,而应变计是传感器的核心。常用的弹性元件有柱式、梁式、环式和轮辐式等。
  柱筒式弹性元件结构比较简单、紧凑,它可设计成拉式、压式或拉压式,可以测量大的拉压力,一般采用空心圆柱(圆筒)式结构。
  梁式弹性元件的结构有多种形式。等强度梁的各断面产生大小相等的应力,因而在梁的表面整个长度方向上产生大小相等的应变c这种梁的优点是对在来l方向上粘贴应变计的位置要求不严。设计时,应根据最大载荷和材料的许用应力选挥粱的尺寸。等截面梁结构简单,容易加工,灵敏度高适合测旦5000N以下的载荷。因为沿l方向各点的应力分布不等.所以对四个(或两个)应变计的粘贴位置要求对称:双孔梁式弹性元件适用于小量程的测力和称重,加工业电子秤和商业电子秤等。“S”形弹性元件适用于较小的载荷的测旦。环式弹性元件典型的形式有圆环式、扁环式和柱环式几种。
