压磁式传感器的工作原理及结构

   压磁式传感器的一种结构(称为变压构)。它由压磁元件、弹性支架、传力钢球和基座在压磁元件的两村互相垂直的孔中分别绕人激励绕组和组。压磁元件的输出特性与它的应力分布状况有关。

   工作原理
   压磁效应由压磁元件产生,其压磁元件的工作原理,在压磁元件的中间部分开有四个对称的小孔间绕有激励绕组(初级线圈)间绕有输出绕组(次级线圈)。当激励绕组中通过交变电流时,铁芯中就产生磁场,若把空间分成四个区域,在无外力的情况下四个区域的磁导率是相同的,磁力线旱轴村称分布,这时合成磁场强度的方向平行于输出绕组的平面,磁力线不输出绕组交链,不产牛感应电动势。

   在压力作用下由于材料的压磁效应,于是2区域的磁导串下降,磁阻增大,而另外区域隘导率基本不变.激励绕组所产生的磁力线将重新分布,部分磁力线绕过区域闭合,于是合成磁场强度的方向不再与平面平行.一部分磁力线与交链而产生感应电动势。压力值越大.与交链的磁通就越多,感应电动势值越大。
