电容式传感器的测量转换电路

　电容式传感中电容值以及电容变化值都十分微小，这样微小的电容量还不能直接为目前的称重显示仪表所显示，也很难由记录仪记录。测量转换电路就是将电容式传感器看成一个电容，借助于测量电路检出传感器的微小电容增量，并将其转换成与其成单值函数关系的电压、电流或者频率。电容转换电路有电桥电路(调幅电路)、调频电路、二极管双T形交流电桥、运算放大器式电路、脉冲宽度调制电路等。
