自感式称重传感器的工作原理

  自感式传感器是将被测量的变化转换为自感变化的传感器。自感式传感器的工作原理及结构形式为。它是由线圈、铁芯和衔铁三部分组成;铁芯和衔铁由导磁材料制成。线圈套在铁芯上,在铁芯和衔铁之间有一个空气隙,生气隙的厚度为入传感器的运动部分与衔铁相连。当外力作用在传感器的运动部分时。衔铁产生位移,使空气隙发生变化,磁路磁阻发生变化,从而引起线圈电感L变化。线圈电感L的变化与空气隙的变化相对应这样,出测出线圈的电感量的变化就能判定空气隙的大小,即能确定衔铁的位移大小和方向。  
    可知,磁路的总磁阻是由铁芯磁阻和空气隙磁阻组成的,即有在传感器铁芯的结构和材料确定之后,线圈匝数、空气的导磁率是常数,所以自感是空气隙厚度和空宁隙截面积的函数。如果保持不变,则为单值函数,可构成变气隙型电感传感器;如果保持不变,使随位移而变,可构成变截面型电感(义称变面积测)传感器:如果衣线圈中故人圆柱形衔铁,也是一个可变自感.使衔铁上下位移,自感量也将相应变化,这就构成螺管型电感传感器。
