       1.半导体应变计的结构
      半导体应变计的典型结构,它是单晶锭按一定的晶轴方向切成薄片。对它进行研磨加工,再经过光刻腐蚀后切成细条、然后安装内引线,并粘接征贴有接头的基底上,最后安装外引线而成。敏感栅的形状可制成直条形,也可制成U形成w形,敏感栅的长度一般为1mm~9mm。基底的作用足使应变计容易安装并增大粘贴面积,同时使栅体均试件绝缘,若要求用小面积的应变计时,可用无基地的应变计直接粘贴。
      2.扩散型压阻传感器的结构和工作原理
      扩散型压阻传感器的结构它是由外壳、硅杯和引线等组成,其核心部份是一块圆形的硅膜片。通常将膜片制作在硅相上形成一体结构,以减小膜片与基座连接所带来的性能变化。在膜片上利用集成电路工艺扩散了四个阻值相等的电阻,并构成电桥,这就是硅压阻式力敏元件的压阻芯片膜片的两边有两个压力腔,一个是和被测系统相连接的高压腔。
