自感式电感称重传感器应用于哪些方面

    自感式电感传感器可以用于测量位移和尺寸,也可以测量能够转换为位移量的其他参数力、张力、压力、压差、应变、转短、速度和加速度等。

   1.位移和尺寸的测量
    电感测厚仪,它的工作原理是:工作前先调节测微螺秆4到给定厚度值,该厚度值可由度盘读出。被测带2在上下测量滚轮之间通过.当带材偏离给定厚度时,上测量滚轮将带动测微螺杆上下移动,通过杠杆使铁芯上下移动,从而改变线圈电感的变化则由相应的电桥电路测出,这样就可得到带材厚度的偏差值。

    变气隙型电感式尺寸传感器。传感器壳体内两个平弹簧上悬挂着导磁体,导磁体可以通过微调螺钉1相对于传感器壳体移动;衔铁6由另一对平面平行弹簧安装在导磁体上,衔铁下端与穿过调节套管8的测量杆7相连。导磁体上安装了两个线圈。当衔铁偏离其中间的平衡位置时.线圈的阻抗发生变化,上下两个线田的电感变化符号相反。为增加线性段.导磁体3和衔铁6的工作被面与衔铁的轴线保持45度角。传感器的上部装有夹具,夹旦中开了一个BM直径的通孔.用来固定弹簧塞,以保证所需的测力。壳体采用退火钢做成整体式结构,可防止外磁场干扰。

    螺管型轴向式电感传感器,可换测头通过螺杆拧在测杆上,测杆可在滚珠导轨上作轴向移动,滚珠有四排,每排物,尺寸和形状误差都小于0.6um。测杆上端固定着衔铁,当测杆移动时,带动衔铁3在电感线圈中移动。线圈4放在圆筒形磁芯2中,磁芯材料是铁氧体:线圈匝数为2x800,线径0.13MM,每个电感约为4mH:线圈配置成差动形式.即当衔铁由中间位置向广移动时,上线圈的电感量增加,下线圈的电感量减少,电感的这种变化由电桥转换电路输出电压。该输出电压与测头的轴向位移成正比。两线圈的
输出由引线引出,弹簧5提供测量力.
