互感式电称重感传惑器的工作原理

      差动变压器是互感式电感传惑器,它将被测量变化转换为互感系数M的变化。其工作原理类似于变压器,但接线方式是差动的,故常称之为差动变压器式传感器,简称差动变压器。
      差动变压器的结构工作原理,它是基于变压器的作用原理G它主要由铁芯、衔铁和线圈组成。线圈又分为初级线圈(也称激磁线圈)和次级线圈(也称输出线圈)。上下两个铁芯及初级、次级线团是对称的。衔铁位于两个铁芯中间。上下两个初级线圈串联后接交流激磁电压,两个次级线圈技电势反向串联。当初级线圈加以适当频率的电压激励时,根据变压器的工作原理,在两个次级线圈中就会产生感应电动势。初始状态时,衔铁处于中间位置,即两边气隙相同,两个次级线圈的互感相等,即M1=M 2.由于两个线圈一样,磁路对称,所以两个次级线圈产生的感应电动势相同,即有E21=E22。
