  1.结构形式及特性
  差动变压器的结构形式与自感式的类似,也可分为变气隙型、变截面型和螺管型三种。
  1)变气隙型
  变气隙型的差动变压器结构,可用于测量线位移。它的优点是灵敏度高,一般用于测量几微米至几百微米的机械位移;缺点是示值范围小,非线性严重。由于这些缺点,近年来这种类型差动变压器的使用逐渐减小。

    2)变截面型
    变截面型的差动变压器的结构形式,可用于测量角位移:为型微动同步器,为四极微动同步器,另外还有八极、十六极等。微动同步器是旋转变压器式传感器,结构是六四个极的定子和有两个极的特殊形状的转子所组成:在定于四个权的四只匝数相同的线圈串接成初级绕组,而另四只匝数相同的线圈串接成次级绕组,四对初级绕组激励时,由于转子的转动,引起在次级绕组感生电动势.四对初、次级线
困就构成丁四个变压器。按照一定的接法.就可得到与转角成正比的输出电压。
    微动同步器的输出电压是个调幅波。通常激励电压为5v。
